What we collect

Consultants: identity and contact details, professional profile, CV, certifications, education, experience, payment references and consent choices. Companies and leads: contact details, company information, requirement descriptions, attribution data (UTM parameters, referrer, landing page) and consent choices. Visitors: first-party analytics events tied to an anonymous identifier.

What is public

Only an approved consultant's professional profile (name, title, headline, bio, expertise, public certification names, education, experience, links, photo). We never publish CVs, certificate documents, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, payment data or reviewer notes. Email is published only if the consultant enables it.

How we use data

To verify credentials, match consultants to requirements, respond to enquiries, deliver requested resources, send transactional and — with consent — marketing communications (email and official WhatsApp Business messages), and improve the service. AI-assisted tools may summarise or draft; humans review decisions that affect you.

Retention and rights

Application data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for audit purposes. You may request access, correction, export or deletion at hello@securityconsultingbd.tech. Marketing messages can be stopped at any time via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP on WhatsApp.

Security

Private files are stored in access-controlled storage, transmitted over TLS, and served only to authorised users with audit logging. We apply role-based access control, rate limiting and secure session management.
